BODY PIERCING JEWELRY USE 

Our jewelry are made mainly in .925 Sterling Silver. We recommend to use this pieces just for healed piercings and not for new ones. If you want to get a new piercing on your body, the best option at the beginning is using jewelry pieces in Surgical Stainless Steel or Titanium for a better healing of the wound. Please be sure the reactions that your body may have with using body piercing jewelry in any material. Keep clean your piercing and its jewelry pieces.

PAYMENTS

​PayPal and Stripe are used as a payment methods.  Your account will be charged once the order is completed. 

To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

SHIPPING

For national shipments within Mexico, the standard shipping via FedEx or UPS is estimated for 1-2 Weeks. Purchases could be delivered before this period.
For international shipments, the standard shipping via FedEx or UPS is estimated for 2-3 Weeks. Purchases could be delivered before this period. Duties and Customs taxes are different for every country. This import rates will be covered by the customer.


You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS - RETURN POLICY

You can request to return items within 3 days from the date you received your package. Before you return your item, make sure that the items are in the same condition you received them in. We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.

Please follow the instructions below:
 

  1. Fill out the Return Form.
     

  2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the shipping address attached.
     

  3. Use FedEx for shipping the item purchased.


Once your package was received, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return are not in the original conditions, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email. You will see the refund in your PayPal or bank account within 24-48 hours of the Return Confirmation email.

PRODUCT CARE

 

  • Store your jewelry in a dry and air-tight place, separating each individual piece.
     

  • Handle the jewelry carefully, some of them contain very delicate details that can be damaged easily.
     

  • Wear your jewelry often and remove it when working with certain chemicals or food.
     

  • Polish your jewelry before it becomes too tarnished, but be sure to use the right type of cloth and metal polish.
